Project Description

In this project for LIS 60618, I applied foundational principles and theories of information literacy instruction to create an interactive session focused on learning objectives related to primary, secondary, and tertiary information sources. I also developed instruction skills and fostered an engaging, learner-centered environment, aligning with competency 5D in the Professional Competencies for Reference and User Services Librarians. I will apply these instructional theories and skills in my everyday work as a reference and instruction librarian.
