Project Description

In this project for LIS 60601, I identified needs for a particular user group and connected them with relevant information by creating a pathfinder. This pathfinder is intended to assist scholars and practitioners with research, curriculum design, and library services related to multicultural children’s literature. I assessed, compiled, retrieved, and synthesized information in a variety of different formats and from a diverse range of sources to develop a useful research guide, which coincides with competency 5B in the Professional Competencies for Reference and User Services Librarians.
